yeah you know oil in your pores causes acne right? so putting more on isn’t really going to help a lot of people. I’m glad it worked for you, but i highly doubt it would help me

I don’t drink milk. I drink soymilk. I never eat processed foods or candy. I eat many a vegetable and fruits and grains, yet I still get acne! Has anyone here tried olive oil as well and does it work? I know salicylic acid works, but it doesn’t cure acne. It’s a daily treatment, which is not bad. I’m 25, my acne is not really bad, but I’ve had it since I was 14!

Olive oil contains …
Olive oil contains a much weaker acid than salicylic acid, so you might as well stick with salicylic. Macca hasn’t done anything for my acne.

hallo, I use olive oil for years, and really gets the skin nice. You use it at night before you go to sleep. Do not wash it. If you want also in daytime. You buy it in the supermarket, but use extra virgin.
