Skin Care: Separating fact from fiction?
I heard tons of advice on skin care, and I was skepticle to try things because I never know what is really a good tip and what is just an ancient myth. Can you help me sort out fact from fiction? Here is my list of the things I heard care of the skin, can you please let me know which ones are true and which are not? Thank you! 1. milk on your face may reduce the amount Acne 2. Standing over a pot of boiling water for 10 or 15 minutes cleans your pores 3. Put rubbing alcohol on your zits makes your face produce more oil 4. Whipped egg whites make a great facial 5. Put lemon juice on the zits cleared up quickly 6. You do not touching your face with your hands, because it causes more zits So who are true and which are not? How do I start taking care of my skin and health at thirteen?
Hey, I'm thirteen and I was just wondering how I can have amazing skin and health, like Jennifer Aniston, middle-aged and looking good and fresh, young, affectionate, etc. She is not old, but she has not even taken a ride! And she is my idol / inspiration. I admire far. Anyway, what can I do? Drink plenty of water, do yoga and pilates replace a bag of chips with a light Yoplait yogurt is not much not too much sun tan spray clean all the pills surgery work at night 3-4 times a week, any ideas? I forgot to add - part of the reason I asking is because I want to be in my mid-forties and have skin in the early thirties. How do I start taking precautions, now? Any special creams?
I think the best thing to do is to stay natural as possible. Being natural is more interesting (I think) Use dove soap, take heart sowers and bathroom. naked juice drink (the fruit smoothies) fiber eating, eat salads, excersise, stress-free stay for free (Number 1!) Fruit salads are great, try Mickey fruit salads and try it yourself at home. You can eat junk, just not to do or go for healthy foods, wheat thins …. so good, and you can add ccheese spray if you want. Ummm yoga is great, please take in your education also, because most of these stars are beautiful ** holes. Best care system skin?? ((Personal expierence recomendations))?
Even so I have skin problems. I have most of the flesh on my forehead and I already pin my fringe almost constantly. Im using Proactiv now. He got rid of about 80% of my zits, but I feel as if I could find somethings better. any recomendations of expierence Personal?? PS I do not eat and drink plenty of clean water. Which of these scrubs / toners would be good for my skin?
I have acne prone skin that dries out easily. I looked at some reviews of products and I have a list of things I want to try: Scrubs: St. Ives Apricot Scrub (Spots and blackheads Control) Neutrogena Blackhead elimination Daily Scrub Aveeno Skin Brightening Scrub Daily Toner: Witch Hazel Dickinson Daily Facial Toner Pore Refining Toner Neutrogena Deep Clean & Clear Cleaning Astringent Stridex Daily Care Soft Touch Pads (for sensitive skin, 0.5% salicylic acid, with aloe)
I do not have acne badly, but my skin gets very dry if I start a new product. I'd probably stay away from Neutrogena for scrubs and colors, simply because they dry the skin. Either the Aveeno or St. Ives scrubs or Dickinson or Hazel Stridex daily care pads. Do not use tampons Stridex too much and do it again. Hopefully I helped!

Can you give me some tips skin care for men?
Hello. Nyl im. Well, I just want to ask some advice on how to take care of my face especially on how to deal with the buttons. Which means effective to prevent the growth button (means I can do at home) to the extent of Dermatology is concerned. and is it allowed to put anti-inflammatory creams buttons inflamed? How do artists make their flawless face?
first start washing your face more often, the buttons are created oils from your skin. washed atleast twice a day will greatly reduce the outbreaks. Another way is to use an astringent on your face, you can use pure rubbing alcohol, but not all types of skin can handle it, if you need a fresh test using a witch hazel part and 3 parts water to make your own which is much cheaper than buying clean and clear of pharmacy, but always the same effect. An easy to cover and hatching is to use eye drops on your button. Use the drops are designed to reduce the redness, I do not know why it works but I have read in a magazine and have done it since. It takes only a few hours and you'll have to do atleast 3 times a day, but it makes no noticeable long enough to go on a date or whatever. And I do not know anyone using-inflammatory cream anti buttons, so I can not help you there!
